ming tomb. china. meandering thru the tombs, it’s not what one would presume a tomb to be. these are beautiful in architecture as well as in placement. the chinese have made parks and gardens which surround the burial grounds, so that one can enjoy the privilege of the moment, if you will. this image reminds me of the underground caves that lurk beneath the streets of paris. miles of them. sorta haunting. sorta.
